TeddyBear

Tinka and Teddy Bear, affectionately referred to as Tink, Skittamerink, Tinkabell, Ted, Bear, Theodore, or Little Sir,  joined our family in April, 2015.   Two dogs couldn't be more opposite in looks and personality, but how well they compliment each other!    Despite being so close to the ground, Teddy tries his best to keep up with Tinka, who has the grace of a deer and runs like the wind.    They love best to crash on what they view as the most luxurious accommodations in the house and perfect the art of napping.    It is little wonder that they have wormed their way into our hearts.  Having been fostered together, it just seemed right to keep them together.    It's a good thing Mom is retired, as she would have a hard time leaving them every day... Nothing like cozying up with these two and a good book on a blustery afternoon!

A little advice for potential adopters... Your new family member will need some time for their true personalities to emerge and for them to trust.   Your efforts,  patience, and consistency will be well-rewarded!

Twain

Ollie came to us in September 16th 2014 and we couldn't be more happy. Ollie adjust quickly with the help of his fur brother Kooper. The two became fast friends. Ollie went through training and received his Canine Good Citizens award! We are so proud of him and couldn't imagine life without this sweet, loving goofball. We feel we hit the puppy rescue lottery!

Thor

We adopted Thor as a kitten around 2 years ago. We had wanted a cat for a long time but decided to go the kitten route because of our elderly dwarf rabbit being a possible easy target for an older cat. Even though Thor turned out to be far too rambunctious to be best friends with our bunny Lola, he is still a wonderful addition to our home. He spends his days causing mischief and playing. We swear he must think he is a dog, since he plays fetch better than any pooch we've ever met! Thor will follow you to the ends of the earth if you have a cookie, and has even been known to grab a WHOLE package of Chips Ahoy and try to sneak off with it! Luckily we know that he's always up to something and we catch him before he "enjoys" any of his stolen treasure. He loves belly rubs and being the center of attention, and gets very jealous if you forget that. Besides playing fetch and enjoying being petted, he spends his time sleeping by our face on the pillow, sunbathing on his cat poles, and lurking for unsuspecting feet under furniture. I cannot express how grateful we are to have such a unique and beautiful creature in our lives. Thank you!

Tinker

Tinker has been a great addition to our family. Our yellow lab, Dolly, finally has a furry friend to help her stay in shape. Tinker and Dolly like to play tug of war together. It takes them a while to wear out, but once they do they cuddle on the couch together. Our boys, Everett and Rolin, are loving the new excitement around the house. Thanks again for the wonderful experience with the adoption. You guys run a good company. I will be sure to pass on the message to friends and family.

PS-Tinker sleeps upside down with her feet in the air. It's the goofiest thing. :D
