Hi there! This is Monica! She was brought to Ruff Start Rescue after some nice people found her and her kitten family stray in Northern Minnesota.
Monica “mama” has a calm and mild temperament. She likes to explore her area and is starting to show a playful side. Monica enjoys having her neck scratched and has been a good mama to her babies.

All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs). Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
